One and done: Titans cut Michael Oher
The Tennessee Titans cut offensive tackle Michael Oher one year into a four-year, $20 million contract.
He was cut with a waived-injured designation.
The former Baltimore Ravens first-round draft pick played in 11 games before being placed on injured reserve in December with a toe injury.
Oher grew up in Memphis, Tenn., and was immortalized in "The Blind Side" movie and book.
If Oher had remained on the TItans' roster through Friday afternoon, $3.35 million of his $4 million 2015 base salary would have been fully guaranteed. It was guaranteed for injury only at the time of signing.
Oher was one of the lowest-ranked offensive tackles in the NFL last season.
The Ravens replaced Oher with Rick Wagner, who emerged as one of the best right tackles in the NFL last season and allowed only two sacks.
