Devin Hester (hamstring) returns to practice; will play against Chicago Bears
FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons wide receiver/return specialist Devin Hester, who sat out the previous two days with a hamstring injury, was on the field for Friday's practice and said he'll play against his former team, the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
Hester is listed as questionable on the injury report. He was a limited participant during Friday's practice but feels ready to go.
Meanwhile, receiver Harry Douglas remained sidelined with a deep bruise in his left foot and was ruled out for Sunday's game by Falcons coach Mike Smith. Douglas was inactive for the past two games.
Left guard Justin Blalock took the practice field for the third day in a row coming off a back injury. All indications are he'll be ready to return to the starting lineup -- barring and last-minute setbacks -- after missing last week's game. Blalock also is listed as questionable.
Probable for the Falcons are receiver Julio Jones (ankle), safety Kemal Ishmael (ankle), left tackle Jake Matthews (ankle) and linebacker Prince Shembo (knee).
