Too busy watching the mods try to act like the cool teachers and the likes of SB, TH and WFW try to be teacher's pet and popular kids on the other board. It leaves everyone speechless, me thinks.

I don't have a problem with what Monoxide is doing, but the fact is you can't be a good moderator and still be 'one of the gang'

I don't have anything against Monoxide but he approved of TATF's snitchgate 2014. Tuggle can go tuggle a rabid lion's knob.

Took my kids to the movies, so I'll be out of pocket most of the day.

Took my kids to the movies, so I'll be out of pocket most of the day. I took my daughter to see Dolphin Tale 2 two weekends ago. It was the Citizen Kane of dolphin films.

TH is still being snipy but he's carefully reigning it in. I don't give him long before he loses it again. But yeah, WFW and SB are being extra careful.

He's trying to be one of the guys with the awkwardness of an episode of The Office. And to make it worse, all of the sudden he spends half the day in ABF now. Why even bother to appoint mono if he's just going to try and baby sit it himself? I assume that might end after Sunday with another Falcons game.

buncha pansy ass excuses...spending time with the family?
when your ass is 85 and you look back on your life you will regret not spending more time on a message board

Nothing much to see in 'the other' ABF, but I did update the JOTD thread here.
Spending the day reviewing travel plans for October and November, and deciding upon a destination for December.
When you're retired...every day is Saturday (even Saturday!)

buncha pansy ass excuses...spending time with the family? when your ass is 85 and you look back on your life you will regret not spending more time on a message board I just spent the morning mediating fights between three pre-teen girls while having to sit through an hour and a half of "My Little Pony: Rainbow Rocks." That's fine -- I love my girls, so I'm happy to take them to see a really ridiculous movie that I have no interest in to make them happy. I did it last time when "Equestria Girls" came out. But that's not the hell of it. No, the hell of it is that for the 2nd time, I had to endure the sights and sounds of grown adult MEN who watch these movies as religiously as we used to watch Star Wars movies when I was a pre-teen. There's even a name for the sad individuals who will never see a live woman naked -- "Bronies" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Little_Pony:_Friendship_Is_Magic_fandom). So yeah, when I'm 85 and I look back on my life, I'll cherish the time I spent with my girls, but I will regret not being on a message board when a character I did not recognize popped into a screen and 4 grown ass men guffawed as if it were the funniest thing ever. Hell, my kids didn't get the joke. I've seen more likely candidates to have heterosexual sex playing D&D at the local Borders on a Thursday afternoon.
