Looks good bro! I see that you're a grilling machine. It does become addicting doesn't it? You KNOW it's a sickness when you have to take pictures before anyone can eat, lol You don't know the half of it. 5 racks of ribs today. Pull pork and (surprise!) pulled beef roast tomorrow, too.

Awesome! I have a turkey smoking today. Did baby backs yesterday. I haven't been cooking in the outdoor kitchen much lately but I am trying to get back on track. I've been working a lot, cooking up stuff that I can freeze in the food saver bags and reheat when I want it. I am going to be doing something soon that will garner some interest here I think, stay tuned

Attempting pizzas again tomorrow. I have parchment paper and properly rolled dough. Oh, and a MAPP torch to start the fire and light my cigar like Moe on BBQ Pitmasters

LOL awesome! Master of your domain! Can't wait to see the results. I have a brisket sitting in the fridge. I let it hang out after injecting it and rubbing it I'll post pics later. I do have some food prOn to share right now though. I used a Jack Daniels store bought marinade on a Flat Iron steak, turned out really good. Served it up with some Red Potatoes and some Asparagus salad and a soft garlic roll.

Here is a rack of pork that I smoked with peach wood last week. Turned out excellent! Served with sweet potato hash and sauteed spinach. I drizzled a little maple & stone ground mustard sauce on it. I want to do one of those soon. That looks amazing.

I smoked a brisket today, separated the flat from the point and chopped up the flat with a little of the drippings and vacuum sealed it to make chopped brisket bbq sliders for the Superbowl. I'll be making homemade potato slider buns when the time comes. I've already made the sauce for them too. For some reason, I didn't take the first damn picture of it! Too busy cooking other shit I guess. In between all of the cooking I sold a car too, lol. I'll try to remember to take pics of the sliders in a couple of weeks. Tonight's dinner was a little adventurous. I cooked up an assload of mussels in white wine sauce and also an octopus! Check THIS shit out!! I also had a rib eye steak but again, no picture! The seafood was more for the rest of the family. The steak was mine all mine

Tonight was burger night. I ground up a chuck roast today along with some fat that I trimmed off of a whole brisket and let me tell you something, it was the best burger I've eaten. Ever. I used something called a grilling steel. It gave the burgers an incredible crust like you'd get on a flat top griddle, like Steak'n Shake does it. I made up 3oz meatballs and then smashed them down with a steel spatula, let it get crispy and then flip and sizzle again. Juicy as all get out. Toasted the buns on the steel too. I made 2 triples with cheddar cheese. The wife made up some of her awesome onion rings to go with it. Man this was a good meal!
